PRESERVED PROTEA (SET OF 6) $13

I love the vibe of this tropical entryway from Jenny Wolf. It feels light and airy with the mix of crisp white, bright coral and soft green. The x benches could also be a great alternative for dining room chairs in a small space. But I think it’s the seashell chandelier and tropical flowers that really make this feel like a vacation home. The view of the ocean doesn’t hurt either…take me somewhere tropical!

After graduating from Tufts University, Taylor lived and worked in St. Thomas, USVI and New York City before settling in Newport, Rhode Island. Once there, she continued to study at The Rhode Island School of Design and worked in graphic design for several years. Purchasing her first home a few years ago brought her into the world of interior design and She’s been slowly but surely finding her style and decorating her home. In 2014 she took her love for design and interiors into the world of weddings and launched Black Bow Events + The Black Bow Shop. But she still hasn’t stopped looking for the perfect (and affordable) décor for her home!

  1. Really? The copy cat items will not produce the same effect as the lux room. The chandelier in particular is a big fail. No drama and plastic beads, please work a little harder finding copy cat options.
