Summerizing Your Coffee Table

The fabulous Emily Henderson recently teamed up with One Kings Lane to make this fun (and quick) how-to video on styling your coffee table. I thought it would be an easy way to help “summerize” your living or family room.
The five elements of a styled coffe table.
1. Start with a tray
2. Add some height
3. A box for storage
4. Something sculptural
5. Interesting books
Here are a few fun picks from One Kings Lane that I thought would help get you started! I wanted to pick items with summer colors and lots of texture. I also added a a hint of brass to help keep it modern.

I really love a well-styled coffee table. Our current coffee table has seen better days (cheap Ikea from our college days), but I can't wait to get something new to add a bit more interest to the room.
