I’m happy to introduce the newest member of the Copy Cat Chic team, Muneeba Sutton. She’s coming on board as our latest design intern. Muneeba has been working behind the scenes for a little while now, so her official welcome is a little overdue. Muneeba already works part-time for a local interior design firm and the rest of her time she’s devoting to Copy Cat Chic. I think she’ll be a very, valuable member of the team because of her experience and fun point-of-view. We have some fun DIY projects, new regular post features and of course the ever popular room redos in store for you! In fact tomorrow’s room redo was Muneeba’s choice and she picked a GOOD one. Can’t wait for you all to see it.

Hello everyone! I’m Muneeba. I moved to the Bay Area three years ago with my husband, right after our wedding. While trying to nest into our first place together, I discovered my passion for home design with a do-it-yourself attitude.  Now, we’ve just moved into our first home and I’m constantly thinking of new ways to pour our personalities into our humble abode and make it truly our own, within a budget.  I love being creative and crafty, from painting and repurposing garage sale furniture, making my own pendant lamps, to creating unique art pieces.  I am always browsing architecture and interior design magazines for inspiration. On the weekends, you can usually find me with my husband, gathering ideas for new DIY projects, while shop hopping to unique home decor stores in the bay area.  I’m so excited to be joining Copy Cat Chic and to share my DIY adventures with everyone soon!
