not as great as ballards price, but pottery barn has one for $399. It's called the surveyors if you want to take a look

I have coveted this lamp for sooooo long! Now I actually prefer the cheaper Ballard one!

Yay!! I ordered thsi one waaay back in May and just got it yesterday. Really nice and really makes my room. Great find, love knowing its a coy cat chic deal too 🙂

I've been thinking about making one of these with a vintage tripod! Time will tell if the new place will warrant it.
