I have the KMart Bench and love it. The legs need to be screwed on, but I left them off for a more modern look. The top is nicely tufted too.
I was just looking at that bench last week…glad I didn't buy it yet!
You could also paint the legs dark to look like the Ballard version before you attached them. I like how the dark legs mirror the dard studs.
