They do look a lot alike, but from a person who's owned both (at two different homes), the Overstock version is cheaper all the way around–quality included. It's lighter and less substantial, the crystals aren't as lovely–and they take five times longer to hang. There are a ton of them, and PB does a nice job making them user friendly. To me it's worth the extra money in the end.
