Design Sponge’s Sneak Peeks series is a frequent source of inspiration–their spaces are never short on character or charm, and they always appear to be well-loved and well-lived in. Case in point is this delightful cottage office, which is just one beautiful corner of a complete tour that you really shouldn’t miss. Some of my favorite spaces are those that have functional and stylish small-space solutions, and this entire home is a perfect example of the “less is more” ethos. There’s an inimitable peace that comes from a serene palette and clutter-free environment, though I know having one is easier said than done!

Fortunately for us, the exact desk, chairs, and vases pictured above are still available (and affordable!). Looking for driftwood garlands on Etsy was a fun hunt, as was finding a floor mirror to hang on the wall. This perfect match requires additional hardware to get the look seen above but would be well worth a couple of bucks at the hardware store. Hopefully your grocery store is like mine in that it frequently stocks gorgeous white lilies–just watch out for when they decide to pollenate your table!
