Copy Cat Chic Room Redo | Eclectic & Feminine Living Space

This fabulous space, designed by Studio McGee, had me taking a second and third look to try to get to the bottom of its style and allure. Almost exactly half traditional and have contemporary, it somehow works perfectly, creating a room that’s timeless and riveting. Modern lighting, flooring, and art meld harmoniously with traditional furnishings, wall paneling, and textiles (minus that gorgeous Shibori grid pillow, which is a fun trend of late). If your roommate or significant other has the opposite decorating taste as you, a space like this is an excellent example of how to blend styles without sacrificing on beauty.
