It’s possible the internet design community is transitioning into a very enthusiastic fan club for Amber Interiors. I don’t know what kind of fairy design dust she got ahold of, but she is killing it (example: everything in her portfolio). Case in point is this dreamy house remodel that everyone voted for on Instagram (thank you!) full to bursting with MCM influences and a heady yet calming mix of global prints and textures. I think part of what makes the bedroom special is that it’s neutral enough to be a calming space while also adding enough interest to make it a room you can’t wait to retreat to at the end of a long day.
And how dreamy are those woven leather stools? I think this would make a fairly straightforward DIY project if you’re so inclined and can find a sturdy enough solution for the frame. Design*Sponge posted this DIY a few years ago if you want to give it a go. I also found a few other options that would complement the space nicely, such as this chunkier wooden framed stool or this woven folding version. Oh, and if you like that rug, it will definitely go on sale!
