Color Trends | Pantone Color of the Year Greenery

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! Spring is finally in the air. What better time to talk about Pantone’s Color of the Year: Greenery!

The color experts over at Pantone describe it as a “tangy yellow-green that speaks to our need to explore, experiment and reinvent. Illustrative of flourishing foliage, the fertile attributes of Greenery signals one to take a deep breath, oxygenate and reinvigorate.” We’ve mixed it here with a few more traditional green items to get your color juices flowing.

Personally, I think the key with color is to not go overboard. I don’t want my house looking like the emerald city inside, so I plan on adding just a few touches of greenery for spring.
