Room Redo | Modern Minimal Dining Room

This sleek, no-frills dining room, designed by Courtney Nye, looks like the perfect spot to read the morning paper or host a rambling dinner party. With lots of storage, surface space, and natural light, this room is as utilitarian as it is chic. I love the touches of black in the head chairs, planter, frame, and chandelier and how they add depth to the otherwise white and wood space. I’m a bit surprised to not see a rug, but how nice would it be not to scrub food spills out of one? They may be onto something!
