This week’s room redo contest was almost too close to call, but this serene space from My Domaine ended up reigning supreme. This room has an intriguing mix of patterns, from the grid rug to the striped chairs and inlay dresser, which all seem to work together because of their shared coffee-and-cream palette. If you decide to splurge on a real inlay dresser, at least you’ll have saved on the gorgeous copycat mirror as compared to Serena & Lily’s $595 option. Last but not least I adore the lantern chandelier – that fixture may traditionally reside in an entry, but it adds a little edge in this unexpected space.
