Once again, a space by the talented husband and wife duo at Studio McGee caught my eye for a great room redo opportunity. I love the light and airy vibe of this space, from the pale blue vintage rug to the blush pink pillows. I’m not usually a fan of carpet, but layering a rug over a natural fiber base is a look I can definitely get behind – just like the layered window treatments. Practically speaking, a chest of drawers makes an excellent nightstand, providing plenty of storage for reading and miscellany. Also, this space has me seriously considering switching to a chic bedside clock instead of using my iPhone…you better snatch this one up before I do!
