When I saw this beautiful lime green kitchen I just knew I had to recreate it for you all! I’m kidding, of course. The real treat today is the “after” photo of designer Elizabeth Mollen’s gorgeous kitchen as seen in the October makeover issue of Lonny. Yours truly has the real insider scoop because I was actually present for this photo shoot! I’ve been interning for Elizabeth’s company, Stone Textile, and was thrilled to be able to help out with her Austin abode’s big reveal.

 Guess who finished spray painting those barstools the night before? Yep, that was me, which means I have total faith that you can tackle that DIY too. We bought silver stools last minute and painted them all black with gold feet, but the black stools below only need a gold dip to be ready for action. Elizabeth and her husband, Russell, also DIY-ed the cabinet paint job–a truly impressive and transformative feat. Hopefully this amazing space gets you fired up for a home makeover of your own!
