Today I wanted to do something really fun and whimsical, and this nursery really fit the bill. I think part of what makes it so special is that this is a very personalized space that could be translated to any room fitting that description–an office, a painting studio, or even a playroom.

While you certainly have the option of building your own custom frame for the art, the only real DIY involved in this nursery is simply painting the lamp legs gold! This rug is currently out of stock but I wanted to provide the link anyway since it’s a thicker wool rug (as opposed to the flat dhurrie in the price list below) and we all have different flooring needs, after all. And the deer head was actually the sleeper find in this lineup–I thought that would surely have to be a DIY, but I found multiple options with almost zero effort! I’ve included a few different options depending on your own taste (1, 2, 3, 4).
